He is an Executive Search Professional, HR/Business Facilitator to small, medium, and large Companies both locally and internationally. James also acts as a “Sounding Board" providing HR/Facilitation/Executive Burnout management solutions to large and SME organizations. He has over 35 years’ experience working in multiple local and international sectors

He is an active Tennis and Tag Rugby player having recently won a Bronze medal at the Rugby Tag World Cup 2023 playing for the Irish 60's Tag Rugby Team.
